If you have been around Pails of Love for a minute or two you have probably picked up on the fact that I absolutely love Early Learning songs. Bringing Home My Baby Bumblee is a cherished childhood favorite that I learned as a child in Kindergarten. This song has always held a special place in my heart. So, let me share I’m Bringing Home My Baby Bumblebee Printable and Song Idea.
Since being in the classroom, I have heard some different versions of this song.
However, I am sticking to the version of the song I learned as a child. It goes like this:
The actions to this song are super simple.
For the first verse, you cup your hands together.
The second verse, you squish and rub your hands back and forth in a twisting motion.
Then the third verse, you pretend to lick your hands.
While this is a super fun way to sing the song, it is always fun to add some tangible printables.
In our song printable package, you will have a class set of little bumblebees that you can print off.
With those little bumblebees, you can print, cut, and laminate them.
Each student can pretend to catch one of those little bumblebees catch them in their hands, squish them up, and pretend to drop them while licking up the honey off them.
Students squeal with delight to have those little bumblebees captured in their hands.
